Cashier Special Notes
This position requires a happy & easy-going personality. You will not know what to do in every scenario you are faced with. You will need to be able to communicate 'on-the-ground' developments regarding topics that are above your head to the Park Administration while they are not currently present on the property. This is not a Position intended for someone who would 'take matters into their own hands'. Due to the nature of the Cashier's placement, they need to be effective relayers of information. Mismanagement of vital scenarios (for example, on topics that concern long-term Guests, where there are legal undertones pertaining to the Park) would result in the Cashier's termination. The person in this position must be fully aware that they are often viewed as 'the face of the Park'. And they will be thrown under the bus if they throw the park under the bus, departing from it's taught policies & rules. You cannot make up your own policies & rules from what you feel is right; it's your job to enforce the already pre-written agenda by the park.
