Transfer Your Reservation To Another Guest
How Does A Reservation Transfer Work?
A Reservation Transfer will migrate all the details of a Reservation to another Guest.
Meaning, the current Primary Occupant of a Reservation will lose all ownership of that Reservation, and Transfer ownership to a new Primary Occupant.
Details of a Reservation Transferred to a new Guest include but are not limited to:
The Site Number Booked
All Charges, including past and future charges
The Date Range
The Lookup Code
Occupancy
Equipment Type
Coupons
& more
Should the new Guest to whom the Reservation was Transferred to needs to edit any of the above information, they should do so immediately upon possessing the Transferred Reservation.
We also encourage the original Primary Occupant of a Reservation of a Transferred Reservation to delete all their Credit Card information on that Reservation before Transferring.
What Are The Limitations Of A Reservation Transfer?
Once a Reservation has been Transferred once, it cannot be Transferred again.
Refunds may only be issued to the original payer of that same Charge, regardless of the current Primary Occupant/holder of a Reservation.
For example, if someone were to Transfer a Reservation for which they had made a Payment on, but then the Person to who they Transferred it to had Cancelled the Reservation; then the Refund for that Reservation would only be issued to the original payer of that same Charge.
For DAILY Rated Reservations, the Primary Occupant may transfer their Reservation to another Guest under the following conditions only:
Their Reservation is NOT yet Checked-In.
For WEEKLY Rated Reservations, the Primary Occupant may transfer their Reservation to another Guest under the following conditions only:
Their Reservation is NOT yet Checked-In.
For BI-WEEKLY Rated Reservations, the Primary Occupant may transfer their Reservation to another Guest under the following conditions only:
Their Reservation is NOT yet Checked-In.
For TRI-WEEKLY Rated Reservations, the Primary Occupant may transfer their Reservation to another Guest under the following conditions only:
Their Reservation is NOT yet Checked-In.
For MONTHLY Rated Reservations, the Primary Occupant may NEVER transfer their Reservation to another Guest under any conditions.
For SZNL Rated Reservations, the Primary Occupant may NEVER transfer their Reservation to another Guest under any conditions.
